About Marybeth

Marybeth M. Sampsel is a partner practicing family law, civil litigation, divorce, and criminal law. In her family law practice, she represents clients with a variety of legal matters such as divorce/dissolution of marriage, parenting actions, child support, adoption/guardianship, orders of protection, and prenuptial agreements.

Marybeth was born and raised in Miles City, Montana, and attended The University of Montana where she received a bachelor's degree in history. After completing her undergraduate education, Marybeth attended law school at Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. While in law school, Marybeth interned with Montana Legal Services in Missoula, Montana, and participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic in Camden, New Jersey. Upon graduation, she returned to Montana and began practicing in the Flathead.

Marybeth currently serves on the Montana State Bar Professionalism Committee and Fee Arbitration Committee.
